What grandmas ask us before choosing this gift.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for crafting and 12–15 days for shipping. To have it under the tree, order by November 29. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.

Will it fit my granddaughter?

The cord has sliding knots and adjusts from 14 to 24 cm (5.5–9.4 in), so it fits most wrists from about age 8 up to adults — she can keep wearing it as she grows.

Can I add my own message?

Yes. Write up to 100 characters in the Your Message box and we print it on the back of the “To My Granddaughter” card. Leave it empty and the card arrives with the printed front message only.

Which finish should I choose?

Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are lovely everyday finishes. For a keepsake meant to last for years, choose 925 Sterling Silver (solid silver, stamped .925) or Vermeil (a sterling silver core with a thick layer of 18K gold). 10K Solid Gold is our heirloom option.

Does it arrive ready to give?

Yes. The bracelet comes attached to its message card inside a Soulyshine gift box — just add a ribbon.

What if she doesn't love it?

100-day returns with no restocking fee on Silver 925 and Essentials. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it free. Silver 925 and up include a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
