    Yes. Silver 925 is solid Sterling Silver, 92.5% pure, stamped .925. Vermeil has a Sterling Silver core with 2.5 microns of 18k gold — 10× thicker than standard gold plating. Solid Gold is 10k, 14k, or 18k real gold. Nothing we sell is plated brass pretending to be silver.

    Will it actually look like my dog's breed?

    Every breed is sculpted in 3D from scratch, using dozens of real dog references. Ear set, muzzle length, coat texture, tail carriage — built to breed anatomy, not stylized icons. If you own the breed, you'll recognize it from across the room.

    What if I don't love it when it arrives?

    100-day returns with no restocking fee on Silver 925 and Essentials. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it free. Silver 925 and up include a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.

    How long does shipping take?

    Silver 925 & Vermeil: 8 - 12 days. Solid Gold: 14–18 days — each piece is made-to-order. Tracking sent at every stage.
