Is a Soulyshine charm really worth it?

Yes — this is a big, detailed 3 cm charm, sculpted in 3D around your names and story, then cast and polished. The larger size keeps every letter and detail clear, so it reads beautifully on the wrist and in photos.

Most customers say it "clicks" the moment they unbox it and see the details up close.

How should I think about the cost?

Think about it as a keepsake made just for you: a custom 3D sculpt with your own names, finished in silver or 18K gold plating and ready to gift.

A mass-market charm costs less up front, but it is never personal. This one tells your story.

What finishes are available?

The 3 cm charm comes in two finishes: Silver Plated (a bright, polished silver tone) and 18K Gold Plated (a warm, polished gold tone). Both are solid cast charms with a polished plated finish. Choose yours in the Material option.

How detailed is the charm?

Every design is sculpted in 3D from scratch, then cast and hand-polished. At 3 cm, names, words and small details — textures, faces, tiny lines — are built right into the metal with plenty of room, not printed on. See the size guide and close-up photos above for the real scale.

What if I don't love it when it arrives?

100-day returns with no restocking fee on Silver 925 and Essentials. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it free. Silver 925 and up include a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
